"We" and "Us" refer to The Corner Exhibit, LLC.. "You" and "Your" refer to you as the user and/or the customer.
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped weekly through USPS or UPS, and usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive. The customer will be notified if there is a delay in their order.
When an item is shipped, an email will be sent containing the generated tracking number.
For international destinations, please fill out the contact form prior to placing an order (response time is usually 12-72 hours).
Refund Policy
Please include your order number when requesting customer service. Refunds will be processed with store credit only. Full cash refunds may be available on a case-by-case basis for items that were received damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you would like to immediately cancel your order, we can do so if an inquiry is made within 48 hours of when the order was placed. Any requests to cancel an order past the 48-hour mark will only be refunded towards in-store credit.
Returns and Exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis. To request an exchange or return after receiving the item, contact us within 10 days of receiving your item via e-mail at inquire.tce@gmail.com or complete the Contact Form found here. Please include the return/exchange request. The item must be delivered within 14 days of the initial inquiry. Upon receipt, the returned items will be inspected for damages or alterations and should there be none, your exchange or refund will be processed within 5 business days. The item you are exchanging must be received before we can send the new item. For both returns and exchanges, the postage will be paid by the sender of the item. In the case of a Return, it is by the customer and in the case of an Exchange, it is by both the customer and The Corner Exhibit, LLC.
Exchanges can only be made if the requested items are in stock and the price is equal to or less than the price of the original item. In the case that the item to be exchanged is less than the requested item, the remaining balance will be refunded as store credit.
Please return all parcels by registered mail in their original condition to the address provided at the end of this Refund Policy within 14 days of the initial inquiry. Clearly mark your return shipment as "returned goods" on any customs or postal forms. The Corner Exhibit, LLC is not financially responsible for shipping charges on returns.
Collected Duties and Taxes are not refundable on fulfilled orders.

Privacy Policy
What We Do with Your Information
As part of the buying and selling process, personal information you provide us such as name, address, and email address will be collected for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
When filling out the Contact Form, personal information such as name, email address, and message content provided in the text box will be collected for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. Should the reason for contact involve an order, additional information such as order number and receipts may be requested. See Refund Policy on this page for more information regarding customer service.
With your consent, we may send emails about updates for the store, new arrivals, and other promotional materials.
Consent
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your payment method, place an order, arrange for delivery or return a purchase, and/or sign up for the newsletter, we imply that you consent to our collecting and using it for that specific purpose only.
If we ask for your personal information for secondary reasons such as marketing, we will ask you directly for your consent and provide you with an opportunity to say no.
If after you opt-in, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information by completing the Contact Form or emailing The Corner Exhibit, LLC at inquire.tce@gmail.com.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Policies.
Third-Party Services
Our website is hosted on Wix.com Ltd (hereafter known as "Wix"), who provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Block, Inc. (hereafter known as "Square") is a third-party gateway and Point of Sale (POS) payment provider that connects to Wix and allows us to accept secure payments through the website.
Your data is handled through an authorized API connection with Square and stored on Wix's encrypted servers behind firewalls in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) standards and regulations. These standards help to ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
